FigureAI provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to upload photos and generate AI-powered videos for their figurines ("the Services"). The Services are subject to these Terms and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the laws of your local government

4. User Content and Ownership

4.1 Ownership of Uploaded Content

When you upload photos or other content to the Platform, you retain ownership of your original content. By uploading, you grant FigureAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

4.2 Ownership of AI-Generated Videos

Users have full ownership of any AI-generated videos created using the Platform. This ownership includes the right to use the videos for personal or commercial purposes without restrictions.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or submit any content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains explicit, offensive, or illegal material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights or the privacy of others

5. Payment and Credits

5.1 Credit-Based System

Access to certain features of the Platform requires the purchase of credits, which are used to generate AI-powered videos. Details of credit pricing and usage will be provided at the time of purchase.

5.2 Non-Refundable Policy

All credits purchased through the Platform are non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, regardless of whether or not you use the credits.

6. Data Retention

FigureAI retains user-generated content and account data for up to 1 month following account deletion. After this period, the data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. However, we may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots or crawlers) to access the Platform

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FigureAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on our Platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
